Rep. Diana Gonzalez Makes “The Vermont Case for Carbon Dividends”

As part of her testimony, Rep. Gonzalez presented “The Vermont Case for Carbon Dividends” — a straightforward, commonsense document of evidence that shows pricing carbon and returning the revenues to Vermonters would be good for our environment and our economy.
